Wicked Cushion eSports Partners with Kraig Kinser to Create eSports Team
New York, NY (March 17, 2019) – Wicked Cushion, LLC announced today that it has partnered with World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series driver Kraig Kinser to form a new eSports racing team called Kinser Racing Sim Team with Wicked Cushion (Kinser Sim). Wicked Cushion continues to grow its eSports platform to include a second eSports team that connects iRacing.com competition to a driver in NOS Energy Drink World of Outlaws Series.
This “cross-aspect” form of motorsports marketing is an exciting new way to engage with customers across a wide race of demographics. One of the goals in creating these teams is to provide another level of exposure for brand partners that support drivers like Kraig Kinser. Kraig is a 17-time World of Outlaws feature winner, the 2004 World of Outlaws Kevin Gobrecht rookie of the year and the 2005 Knoxville Nationals Champion!
iRacing.com is the world’s premier motorsports racing simulation and puts you in the driver’s seat by allowing members to experience today’s newest form of motorsport: virtual racing. iRacing.com provides some of the most professionally produced and highly competitive racing in all of eSports. The Kinser Racing Sim Team with Wicked Cushion is made up of five up and coming dirt simulator drivers on the iRacing platform. Kinser Sim is pleased to welcome Cole Neuhalfen of Waverly, Nebraska, Braden Eyler of Franklin, Pennsylvania, Alex Smolders of Merlin, Ontario Canada, Josh Close, of Norman, Oklahoma and Chance Crum of Snohomish, Washington. Three of five of these talented drivers have qualified for the NOS Energy Drink World of Outlaws Championship Series on iRacing. Each of the drivers will race a car to with branding from the various Kinser Racing sponsors. Cole Neuhalfen will race a a car with Mesilla Valley Transportation, Braden Eyler willl pilot the Border Tire car, Alex Smolders will race a DRC Chassis car, Chance Crum will pilot the Southern Pacific Farms entry and Josh Close will take to the sim a replica of Kraigs 2019 Profile by Sanford car.
