Wicked Cushion is thrilled to announce that it is making the move to “live” sprint car racing! We are not moving away from our affinity for “sim” racing on the iRacing platform, but deep down we love the dirt and are thrilled to make this move.
Wicked Cushion is teaming up with Mad Max Racing to help support the 5M! We know Max through our sponsorship of the UWU Motorsports iRacing team where Max drives in numerous leagues including the World of Outlaws Pro Series!
Max is a talented sprint car driver who began his racing career at age five driving go-karts. He made the move to super-fast sprint cars driving Ron Hammons 360. Max finished second in the extremely competitive NRA Sprint Invader series three years in a row! Max made the move to the wicked 410 driving for Ray Marshall. Max and the Marshall team took on Tony Stewart’s Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions. The legends of sprint car racing have all competed in this historic series and Max finished the season fourth in the championship standings! Max was awarded the Rookie of the Year in a season that had twelve drivers competing for this prestigious award.
The Mad Max Racing 5M can be found racing in both 360 and 410 competitions in various series including the NRA, World of Outlaws and the All Star Circuit of Champions as well as tracks across Ohio. Please help us welcome Max Stambaugh Racing to the Wicked Cushion family!
